New House
St AndrewsSelf Build home project in Fife
This new self-build house is located on the Southern fringe of St Andrews overlooking open fields and sea.
It was designed to fit comfortably in the neighbourhood whilst making the most of its setting. There is a zinc clad roof & zinc panelling to the front bay window. The ground floor open plan kitchen dining living room opens out onto a bright patio and on the first floor, the Lounge has a wood burning stove and large walk on balcony. The finely detailed staircase rises through a dynamic double height space, whilst the bedrooms have well fitted dressing rooms & attractive en-suite bathrooms. The house has underfloor heating & has photovoltaic panels on the roof that convert solar energy into electricity. Natural materials and finishes have been used inside and outside the property to complement the comfortable layout.

“A big thank you to you and your team, our new home is fantastic. I know there are one or two snagging items, but our house and externals are looking tremendous, we absolutely love the design as do all our neighbours. I know it has taken some time but well worth the wait, we are very happy with the construction, layout & light, the views are fantastic, the finishes super, the look and feel of the house wonderful.“
