The secret house has a sedum roof, replacing the loss of natural habitat

This contemporary new home is tucked away in a small courtyard in the historic centre of St Andrews. It enjoys privacy, peace and tranquillity in the middle of the bustling town.
The location meant that site access was very restricted & all building materials had to be manhandled through a narrow close with a low ceiling.
The secret house has a sedum roof, replacing the loss of natural habitat & helping reduce rainwater run-off into the drainage.
