Small architectural projects
Small architectural projects are, for example, – internal alterations such as a change of layout, adjusting the opening and re-positioning of partition walls, upgrading interiors, creating attic accommodation to make use of an empty roof space; or it could be a small extension to an existing building.

Project Management Services
We can either offer to provide a permissions-only service, – to obtain planning permission, listed building consent for historic properties or those in conservation areas, and building regulation approval; or we can extend the service to obtaining competitive tenders from contractors recommended by you or known to us and visit the works, administering the building contract terms to check that the project is delivered to you as the design intended.
Some other of our smaller projects involve extensions to residential properties, internal modifications and garden rooms or ancillary accommodation to houses. Frequently we advise on minor alterations to historic building fabric, such as replacement doors and windows or external fabric repairs.
